All things come to an end

Wow, the last day of January 2010. It's gonna be a short summary 'cause almost everything in my music world this month has been about A Fine Frenzy's Bomb In A Birdcage, Taylor Swift's Fearless and Regina Spektor's Far. There have been flashes of Phoenix, Mew and Madonna, but it's not even a use to compare. It's been a good first month and I couldn't have ended it better by buying two new records. February will probably be better, since I'll ge to see Joss Stone live. Can't wait!

Ps. Arctic Mokeys did a good impression on me. Not my new favourite band exactly, but they're great anyway. I understand why people like them!

Elements - A Fine Frenzy

The Way I Loved You - Taylor Swift (Isn't the hearts the cutest ever!)

Blue Lips - Regina Spektor

Today's winner

This is the queen of today. Her name is Erin McCarley and her music is wonderful!
This week I've been stuck in school books, a short story about how it is to go on a Regina Spektor concert and tumbltape. It's been a good mix.

Lovesick Mistake - Erin McCarley

Pitterpat - Erin McCarley

God, please, SAVE THE QUEEN!

God Save The Queen
- Nouvelle Vague (Sex Pistol Cover)

'Cause it's all about the feeling

The live performances on Hope For Haiti Now are all brilliant! It was a long time I saw so many good acts in one show. I recommend you to look at all of them. Have the people of Haiti in your thoughts. Love

Hallelujah - Justin Timberlake & Matt Morris
- I've listen to Matt Morris songs and they're great. I gotta have his album soon or I don't know what to do!
I am amazed about the performance. Wow, it's just awesome. I acually had Justin Timberlake as my drug back in 2007 when his FutureSex/LoveSounds was popular. I still can't come over him. And it's great.

Halo - Beyonce
- I never really liked this song but tonight I make an exception because her voice is magnificent.

Boys, Boys, Boys

Good evening!

I'm updating my playlist on my cell phone. That was needed, I can tell. I let some of the talented boys from the new playlist shine.

Breakeven
- The Script

Comfortable - John Mayer

Candy - Paolo Nutini

Good Evening!

Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime - The Korgis

I can listen to this song from the beginning over and over just to hear the instrumental part that starts at 3.15. It's something special, something more, when you hear the whole song from the beginning. Anyhow - wonderful song.

Ps. Borrwed a copy of Arctic Monkey's album Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not. Tell you about it later!

Speechless Little Me

Yeah, the head line says it all. I found this song ten minutes ago and I'm speechless. I'm just sitting, open-mouthed, like an idiot, and don't know what to do. I guess you call it love at first sight.

Comforting Sounds - Mew

Miss Swiftie's mom

The Best Day
- Taylor Swift

This song is on my mind today. I cry, laugh, smile and get inspired and impressed when I hear it. The message it tells is indescribably wonderful.

The Vampire Diaries Soundtrack

The television series The Vampire Diaries have a very good soundtrack. And as I have mention before there are 81 songs available already! You can find them here.

Two of all the songs:

Back To Me - The All-American Rejects

Off Track - The Features

Because YouTube rules

Good evening!

I've been playing this song on the piano today. It's a great tutorial of Regina Spektor's Folding Chair. And it's easy, so you don't have to be a pro. Good luck! Love.

Today's suggestion

Back to school. I'm not ready yet, so I listen to this song. It makes me hopeful again and I get to move my hips at the same time.

Haven't Met You Yet - Michael Bublé

November 2009, Part Two

I'm sorry for taking such time. You can find part one here.

Party In The USA - Miley Cyrus
- This was my drug during November and December. You don't wanna know more.

Comfortable - John Mayer
- Close your eyes and disappear with this fantastic song.

Happier - A Fine Frenzy
- I don't know when I will stop nag about this song. You get so happy when you hear it (quite suitable, huh?)

Breathe - Taylor Swift Feat. Colbie Calliat
- The changeover from Happier to this one is perfect. Best part of the whole playlist.

Into The Groove - Madonna
- Dance, dance, dance!

Eet - Regina Spektor
- Hopefully, my love to this song will last 'till forever. I get all emotional now.

Take Me Out - Franz Ferdinad
- I end on top of the entertainment scale. If I don't go nuts from the beginning I definitely do it by 0.55.

A surprising story

Tonight I thank Regina Spektor for her poetical music.

Eet - Regina Spektor

"It's like forgetting the words to your favourite song
you can't belive it, you were always singing along"

This actually happend to me last year during a concert rehearsal. I totally forgot the words to James Morrison's You Make It Real For Me. Just like Regina tells, I couldn't belive it. That song had been my everything for months!
